STOP,DROP & ROLL

A stretch and mobility class set to re-align, loosen up and fire you into your week and weekends. (Plym Only) 

CORE HIIT 

Core HIIT focuses on the core muscles, using both bodyweight and weighted exercises. (Ivy Only) 

POWER ABS 

Power Abs is a class focussed on exercising the core muscles. (Ivy Only) 

PILATES/EXPRESS PILATES

Pilates is a series of exercises designed to increase physical strength, flexibility and improve posture. Express Pilates is a faster paced pilates class for a shorter period of time. (Ivy Only)

Hatha – a combination of yoga postures controlled through breathing exercises bringing peace to the mind and body.  

Kundalini – awaking energy through combination of mantras, breath work, yoga postures and meditation.

TONE & FLEX

Tone & Flex is a non-aerobic workout that empathises strengthening and toning of major muscles. (Ivy Only) 

PURE STRETCH

Pure Stretch is a low-impact class, focusing on mobilisation and stretching exercises. (Ivy Only)
