CIRCUITS

Circuits is a fast paced class using high-intensity training and a complete variety of weighted & non weighted exercises for a short period of time before moving onto the next exercise. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. (Both) 

POWER HOUR

Work to improve ability and strength in the three big lifts: Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift. (Plym Only) 

PUMP

Pump class is a weighted class that exercises all the major muscle groups. (Ivy Only) 

BODY STRONG 

Body Strong is a weighted class, similar to pump, with more focus on control and technique for a full body workout. (Ivy Only) 

MORE CLASSES

KETTLEBELLS 

Kettlebell Workout is a class that uses kettlebells (a cast-iron ball-shaped weight with a single handle) to train the entire body. (Ivy Only) 

LIFT & SWING

A mix of Kettlebells, Barbells and Core work to tighten, tone and strengthen the entire body. (Plym Only) 

PRIMAL

Lift, Jump, Carry, Push, Pull, Throw and Run to your goals with a workout that trains the body the way it was made to move. (Plym Only) 

PRE-WORKOUT

A weights session that will have you crushing it while the rest of the world are struggling to wake up. (Plym Only)
