Our team are very much looking forward to welcoming you back to McCaulay’s! We think we can all agree the past year has been very challenging, however we are very much looking forward to the future. During this lockdown, we have taken our services online and provided 14 live classes per week via Zoom as well as a creating a home workout plan including nutritional advice through our website and app. We would like to thank you all for your amazing support and positive feedback of the online classes.
Now that we have received the confirmed go ahead from the Government, please read carefully our re-opening road map below:
Upper & Lower Gyms Reopen
Access to the equipment and intensity that home workouts just can’t provide.
Outdoor classes permitted
While unable to offer indoor group training we’ll take groups of 20 for sessions outdoors. Classes are no live on the booking system (https://mccaulays.com/app/uploads/2021/04/Class-timetable-ld3c-Ph1.pdf)
Spin Shed Reopens
Join our tour coach for a trip around the world. Morning and evening sessions for up to 6 people permitted until we can teach live next month.
Golf Course Open
The course opening has been well received and we hope that more of youwill enjoy the surroundings and good weather.
Virtual Pilates & Yoga Classes Continue via Zoom
While we await indoor training we’ll continue our online offering with the instructors you know and love.
