Studio One
Studio One is our high energy studio, perfect for joining one of our classes, training for Hyrox or creating your own workout. From circuits to step and kettlebells to sprints, you’ll find everything to get your heart rate up and muscles burning. Check out the timetable and get your classes booked.
Align Studio
Let mind, body and soul align in our dedicated pilates and yoga studio. With led sessions running morning and night you’re sure to find the perfect class to help strengthen, tone and unwind. Check out the timetable and get booked in or use the space when available to find your own flow.
Spin Shed
Level up your fitness in the Spin Shed with one of our expert led cycling sessions. With coach by colour technology we level the playing field for spinners – no mater whether you’re beginner or expert, you get safe and effective fitness each and every visit. Pool Classes
Come make a splash at one of our aqua fitness classes. Book in today and enjoy a high energy, low impact workout that will leave you smiling from ear to ear and chatting over a coffee when done. With three sessions per week and 32 person capacity at each, we’ve got you covered.
