Dance Aerobics

Dance Aerobics is an aerobics class focussed around repeating a combination of dance steps to music. An instructor will lead the class, explaining the movements as you go and providing encouragement along the way. Dance Aerobics is an enjoyable way to keep fit and have some fun at the same time! Other benefits from taking part include; losing weight; maintaining strong bones; improving posture and muscle strength; increasing balance and co-ordination and beating stress. The class is 1-hour long and open to all abilities.
