Using  gentle but dynamic stretches followed by mindfulness meditation and relaxation you will learn to take care of your body better, building core stability and spinal strength. This helps for positive ageing and injury avoidance managing stress, improving sleep and elevating your mood, so you feel calm, clear focused and grounded. Our classes are suitable for all abilities.
