Pure Stretch

Pure Stretch focuses on mobilisation and stretching. It is a low-impact, gentle class that also provides a challenge. It works towards improving flexibility by using stretching routines and improving core strength. A variety of equipment is used during the stretching section, such as stability balls and yoga bricks, to help you stretch to the point of a decent stretch, without being uncomfortable. Relaxation techniques are also employed. It is available to all abilities and emphasises technique to get the most from the movements.
