Pump

Pump is a weight-based, full-body workout. As each music track changes, so does the muscle group being worked. An instructor leads showing the correct technique for each movement whilst shouting instructions and words of encouragement. The equipment used in the class ranges from barbells and dumbbells, to benches and plates. Only occasionally will you perform a bodyweight exercise. It is recommended that you only use light to moderate weights, as there are many repetitions for each exercise. Pump is an excellent choice for burning calories and toning up!
