Pilates is one of our most popular fitness classes. Our Pilates classes take place in our brand-new Align studio: often. The main aim of Pilates is to strengthen the entire body, with emphasis on core strength. It is labelled as a muscle-strengthening activity. Whilst quite low-impact, the intensity of the class can vary depending on the instructor. Pilates has been found to have many benefits: develops strength, balance, flexibility and posture; helps reduce the risk of injury; can relieve stress and tension. All classes are open to all abilities.
