Leg Bum Tum

LBT is a conditioning class, specifically for muscle groups below the waist line.

These are the three main areas that our members’ want to improve upon, so LBT aims to create a firmer and toned lower body, whilst providing a full-body aerobic workout. It is a mixture of bodyweight and weighted exercises. It is also a great exercise class for anybody looking to have some fun and burn some calories. LBT is an enjoyable way to just increase general fitness levels.
