Boxercise

Boxercise in an hour-long class based on the training concepts used by boxers to keep fit. The classes do not involve physically hitting a partner/opponent but rather using exercises and techniques such as hitting pads and punchbags, shadow-boxing and skipping etc. There are many benefits to taking part: increases stamina, improves hand-eye coordination and strengthens your muscles- particularly your core. It is a class open and suitable to all abilities.
