Circuits

Our circuit classes run for one-hour, are for all abilities, and are taken by a variety of instructors. It is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics.
Circuits involves performing several exercises continuously, resting only when all have been completed. You may repeat the circuit 2-3 times. Depending on the circuit, exercises could be a mixture bodyweight and weighted, aerobic and strength-focussed.
